Dianne Durante
Art Historian and Author
Dianne Durante holds a PhD in Classics from the University of Cincinnati. For 30 years she has been a freelance writer, lecturer, and tour guide. Her books on art history include Innovators in Sculpture, Innovators in Painting, Artist-Entrepreneurs, and Getting More Enjoyment from Sculpture You Love. Since 2004, she has also been writing on Alexander Hamilton - most recently in Financial Programs of Alexander Hamilton, which explains Hamilton’s programs from the point of view of his contemporaries, using primary sources.
